Photo Video Montage Instructions
Congratulations on the decision to personalize your celebration in a way that can only be done by our Photo Video Montage presentation. We will need you to provide our company with a total of between 90 & 110 pictures grouped typically in 3 sets of 30 to 35. Each picture in each group should be numbered on the back, in the order of appearance, with a fine point sharpie. Write the number in the upper right corner in small print. Do not use a wide felt tip pen, marker or fountain pen as they may cause irreversible damage to your treasured photographs. If you will be providing digital images, please re-name them as a number in sequential order (please add a Zero (0) before single digit image numbers ie. 01.jpg through 09.jpg). Feel free to include Photo Prints, Digital Images or any combination – so long as they are numbered for the sequence. A $5 fee is added for each image beyond 110.
Utilize songs with an average time length of three to four minutes each. 30 - 35 supplied photographs per song are a good pace for your presentation. Please return your photographic images, a printed copy of this worksheet and your musical selections to our office no less than one month before your celebration date.
